The Role

This position is focused on fire electrical service and maintenance across commercial assets in Brisbane. Your day-to-day will include:

• Servicing, fault finding and maintaining fire detection and alarm systems
• Testing and commissioning fire panels, EWIS, smoke detection and associated systems
• Producing service reports, defect lists and compliance documentation
• Liaising with site teams, clients and project stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Electrical licence with experience in fire systems
• 3–5+ years’ experience in fire alarm service, maintenance or commissioning
• Strong knowledge of fire panels, detection, EWIS and fault finding
• Understanding of relevant Australian Standards (AS1670, AS1851, etc.)
• Ability to complete compliance paperwork and reports accurately
• Clear communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach
