 What will you do?
  • Electrical fit-off of projects (both onsite and in-factory).
  • Hands-on installation and commissioning of MCC and PLC switchboards.
  • Conduct FATs and SATs, including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults as they arise.
  • Carry out electrical upgrade works to existing assets.
  • Respond to faults and service issues as required.
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices or casual staff when required.
  • Assist mechanical technicians onsite when needed.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, test records, and handover checklists.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver works safely, on time, and to specification.
  
What will you need?
  • Current A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Australian drivers licence
  • Strong background in industrial or commercial electrical installations
  • Experience with switchboard design, FAT/SAT testing, P&IDs and instrumentation
  • Willing to work away from home when required
