A leading Australian food company is currently looking for a highly motivated and capable Electrical Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering team.

About the Role:

As the Electrical Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the planned maintenance program strategy on site. Your focus will be to ensure that the organisations site systems are reliably operating, programmed, and optimised for safe and productive operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in capital projects, repairs and maintenance activities, enhancing the reliability and output of the company's plant.

About you:

They are looking for an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer with excellent problem-solving skills and high high-performing mindset to take ownership of the role. This role will be based in South Western Sydney 2565.

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a FMCG manufacturing company
• Electrical License is highly desired for this position
• PLC and Automation experience is desired
• Experience in the identification and delivery of process improvement
• Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation would be desirable
