Electrical Crane Service Technician – Melbourne VIC | $53–$55/hr + OT | Full Time

A leading industrial services company is seeking an experienced Electrical Crane Service Technician to join their Melbourne service team. This is a permanent full-time role offering strong hourly rates, regular overtime, and long-term stability. The role will involve servicing, fault finding and maintaining overhead cranes and lifting equipment across industrial sites. Training can be provided for candidates with strong electrical maintenance experience.

The Role

• Electrical maintenance, servicing and fault finding on overhead cranes and hoists
• Breakdown response and preventative maintenance across multiple sites
• Working on motors, control systems, limit switches and safety devices
• Site-based and field service work across industrial environments
• Completing service reports and safety documentation
• Participation in overtime and call-out work

Pay & Benefits

• $53/hr standard rate
• Up to $55/hr only for highly experienced candidates
• Overtime available

Requirements

• A-Grade Victorian Electrical Licence (essential)
• Industrial maintenance or field service background
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability
• Experience with overhead cranes / hoists OR willingness to learn
• Reliable, safety-focused and professional with clients
• Desirable: EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Dogging or Rigging
