This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of efficient electrical and fire services and facilities management support across client sites. This is a residential (family or single status) position located in a tropical region of Western Australia, with local schools, hospitals, cafes, and other services.

What is the opportunity?
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of efficient electrical and fire services and facilities management support across client sites. This is a residential (family or single status) position located in a tropical region of Western Australia, with local schools, hospitals, cafes, and other services.
Key Duties
- Manage and develop the performance of the electrical and fire services team
- Coordinating, planning and scheduling of required work tasks on CMMS
- Coordinating and working in conjunction with external authorities
- Monitoring work progress ensuring adherence to safe work practices and contractual requirements
- Building excellent and long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing effective maintenance strategies; and
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- WA “A” Grade Electrical License
- WA Electrical Contractors Licence an advantage
- Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Minimum of 10 years trade experience
- Experience in the delivery and planning of preventative maintenance, monitoring and reporting; and
- Experience in developing and managing a small team
