We are recruiting for an A Grade Electrician to work as a site Supervisor on a permanent contract for a WA based business. The role will be overseeing a 12 month project based in Wooroloo so will suit candidates living in the Eastern Suburbs.

Key Skills

• Experience as an electrical tradesperson in the commercial construction space
• Experience managing teams of up to 15 tradespeople
• Confident in electrical ability, knowledge and skills 
• Confidence in conversing with high level building managers and stakeholders
• Ability to identify leads and negotiate contracts with building managers
• Excellent leadership skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, supervisors and clients
• Great team work ethic

The successful applicant will need the below criteria

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• Drivers licence 
• Construction white card
• Minimum of 5 years post trade experience 
• Management experience
