The Company:
This employer is a large services company providing technical service and maintenance to commercial clients in Government, Health, Education, Offices, Defence etc. 

This client is a large single site with multiple buildings and critical systems.

The Role:

• Lead a team of 10x Electricians
• Responsible for diagnostics, maintenance and testing
• Maintain electrical plant and equipment - UPS, lighting, generators, control systems, ventilation system, elevators, alarms, switches, circuit breakers etc.
• Reliability and safety are number one priorities!
• 40 hours pw, Mon - Fri

 The Duties:

• Running and overseeing the trade team
• Timesheet approval
• Running tool box talks
• Responsible for apprentices
• Ensure staff are meeting KPI’s and SLA’s set by the client

The Ideal Profile:

• Full QLD Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate licences)
• 2+ years experience leading a team
• HV training would be ideal
• Willing to be the Qualified Trades Person
• High level of presentation, communication and customer service skills
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
• EWP, working at heights
