The Role
The Electrical trainer will be responsible for delivering cert III and cert IV training to students on Electrical, high voltage, electrical hazardous areas and solar installations.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • 15+ years experience in electrical and high-risk work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and students.
  • Designing and creating training programs in conjunction with management ensuring that they are delivered within a timely manner.
  • Prior experience as an instructor in RAEME and RAE as an advantage.
About You
A mentor with the ability and eagerness to want to impart knowledge onto students, with 15+ years’ experience in electrical, high-risk areas such as high voltage, EHA and ideally installation in solar farms.  

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an instructor or trainer within the Electrical or Solar sector.
  • Have previous experience in RAEME or RAE with an electrical background and high voltage systems across electrical hazardous areas or Solar areas.
  • Have a Cert IV in Training Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to course deadlines.  
  • A strong willingness to mentor students and is passionate about teaching and passing on your knowledge.
