Maintenance Electrician – Manufacturing
Regional NSW (Relocation Support Available)
$40.00 - $43.00 per hour + super + OT + allowances

Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for keeping production assets running safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on and varied, involving electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement work across modern machinery and control systems.

About the Role
Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for keeping production assets running safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on and varied, involving electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement work across modern machinery and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing plant equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on automated systems and drives
- Support the implementation of maintenance improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to enhance reliability and uptime
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
- Trade-qualified Electrician with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding skills on automated and process equipment
- Familiarity with PLCs, drives and control systems (Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi advantageous but not essential)
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required
