The Role:
- Develop relationships with customers/clients and third-party stake holders
- Estimate works and quote clients as required
- Coordinate and schedule works within required time limits
- Manage technicians and contractors
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure all materials are available for timely completions of works
- Ensure all paperwork is received and in order for accurate invoicing
- Find resources as and when required to complete jobs in remote areas
- Book guards and patrols as required
- Associated administrative tasks
The Candidate:
- 2+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Electronic Security knowledge or experience would be a bonus
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Fluent written and verbal English language skills
- Strong admin skills - the ability to manage and delegate jobs
- Word, Excel and Email experience
- Familiar with accounting packages
- Results driven, can work independently, self motivated and friendly team member
- Excellent time management skills
