Job description
This is a rare opportunity to shape how purpose, connection, and wellbeing are experienced by older people at scale.
We are seeking a senior leader who can turn vision into lived experience, someone who understands that engagement only matters when it is operational, measurable and embedded in everyday practice.
The Opportunity
This role sits at enterprise level and carries real influence. You will lead the organisation’s engagement and purposeful living agenda across residential aged care, home care, and community settings, with responsibility for translating strategy into action and ensuring it sticks.
You will lead a small, high-impact team (three direct reports) and work closely with operational and clinical leaders to drive meaningful, sustainable change.
This is not a lifestyle or programs-only role. It requires operational credibility, commercial thinking and the ability to deliver change from concept through execution and completion.
What You’ll Be Known For
You’ll have the opportunity to leave a lasting imprint on how care is experienced, not just designed. The organisation is serious about engagement, purposeful living and quality outcomes and this role exists to lead that work with authority and intent.
This role suits a leader who wants impact, not optics.
