About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of integrated systems for various industries. You will oversee project execution, ensure quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices.

About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of integrated systems for various industries. You will oversee project execution, ensure quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on technical engineering duties for assigned projects taking responsibility for successful delivery.
- Manage technical teams to achieve KPIs related to financial performance, team utilization, and work opportunity delivery.
- Manage and direct the activities of assigned teams.
- Conduct audits of key tasks against QA standards and standard operating procedures whilst maintaining technical standards.
- Ensure profitability of section work and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assess resource needs, recruit personnel, and conduct formal staff reviews.
- Oversee estimation process for assigned proposals to ensure adherence to governance processes and profitability.
- Relevant engineering degree (electrical, instrumentation, automation or similar).
- Extensive experience in control systems, process optimisation and full lifecycle management of projects in a broad range of industries, preferably in system integration.
- High level of technical expertise across a variety of PLC, SCADA and HMI programming and development.
- High level of commercial accumen, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- You like to manage people but at your core, you are technical expert who prides yourself in the quality of your work.
