The Role:
The Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for multiple buildings, overseeing high voltage kit, inspections and preventative and reactive maintenance for a large complex facility. 

The Duties: 

• Oversee a large team to deliver MEP maintenance services
• Client facing
• Ensure contractual obligations are met
• Manage technical projects
• Read single line diagrams
• Supervise powered shutdowns
• Oversight of emergency reactive maintenance
• Safety and reliability are priorities!

The Ideal Person:

• Holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical etc.)
  
• Ideally with HV experience/training or exposure to electrical maintenance
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prior experience in operations
• Possesses 5-10 years' experience in relevant industry e.g. Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Manufacturing, Hotels, Hospitals, University, Government, R+D, Defence etc.

Benefits:
