The Opportunity:
- Working for a known Builder on projects up to $100M
- Reporting directly to the Snr project Manager of the business.
- Salary toward $250k package
- Long term permanent opportunity
- Local based business, strong pipeline of development approvals.
- Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
- Time served as a Tradesperson advantageous
- Site management experience working on new build Medium Density projects over $30M.
- Strong leadership & delegation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
- A steady career history and proven background in Site Management
