Large Building developer / Builder whom specialise in Commercial and Residential projects and hold a strong pipeline of development approvals seek an experienced Site Manager/s to work on projects up to $100M medium density development in the Sydney regions

The Opportunity:

• Working for a known Builder on projects up to $100M
• Reporting directly to the Snr project Manager of the business.
• Salary toward $250k package
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Local based business, strong pipeline of development approvals.

Must haves:

• Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
• Time served as a Tradesperson advantageous
• Site management experience working on new build Medium Density  projects over $30M.
• Strong leadership & delegation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
• A steady career history and proven background in Site Management
