What will you do?

• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for wastewater, chemical dosing and odour control projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to interpret scope, risks and opportunities.
• Source supplier pricing and accurately estimate labour and materials.
• Apply engineering judgement to develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.
• Perform calculations and technical assessments where required.
• Select appropriate equipment and components during the estimation process.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering and Bid teams to finalise submissions.
• Use Bluebeam, 3D modelling software and advanced Excel to review drawings and build cost models.
• Participate in design reviews on major projects when required.
• Support continuous improvement of estimating tools, templates and processes.
• Occasionally attend site visits to better understand project requirements.

What will you need? 

• Engineering degree (essential)
• Experience in water / wastewater industry (chemical dosing preferred)
• Previous estimating experience
• Experience using Bluebeam, 3D software and advanced Excel
• Full Australian working rights and current driver's licence
