Estimator – Fitout & Refurbishment Projects (Brisbane)

Looking for an experienced estimator with a strong fitout and refurbishment background to work on commercial projects across commercial, education, government, health, hospitality, retail, industrial, and aged‑care sectors.

What you’ll do:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial projects, typically around the $1M mark.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and budget.
Use estimating software (any experience welcomed) to analyse and track project costs.
Office-based role in Brisbane, supporting multiple project packages.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in fitout and refurbishment estimating.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage commercial projects across diverse sectors.
Trade qualifications or hands-on construction background is a plus.
