The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Mid-level Estimator who has experience within construction or building services to join a fantastic international company providing costing, estimating, and pricing, for minor works projects within WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing inputs in accordance with the tender plan created for minor projects.
• Assist with evaluating the feasibility of tender opportunities.
• Prepare estimates by calculating various statistical data used in the tendering process.
• Scheduling / estimating / pricing for required on client sites (& attend site when required).
• Provide support to the BD Manager for tender preparations and analysis.
• Work with clients to ensure they understand the bids and resolve any concerns or issues.

Requirements

• Experienced in planning & pricing / costing of tenders & quotations.
• Good understanding of minor works projects for construction and/or built industry.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Beneficial: Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Construction (Carpentry, Painting, Construction Management, Registered Builder or Surveying).
• Must have the right to work in Australia as this role does not offer sponsorship.
