What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of estimating, quoting, and project submissions across a variety of commercial roofing projects
• Conduct precise material take-offs and break down variations with confidence
• Lead supplier communications, ensuring pricing and timelines align with project needs
• Use Bluebeam to mark up plans with clarity and accuracy
• Drive lead generation and follow-up alongside the sales team
• Mentor junior estimators and improve systems to keep things running sharp

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in roofing estimation (commercial sector preferred)
• High-level proficiency in Bluebeam
• A sharp eye for detail, strong maths and analytical skills
• The ability to manage multiple quotes and submissions with autonomy and initiative
