We’re partnering with a well-established commercial roofing company in Ipswich that’s looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team as the project pipeline continues to grow.

If you’re confident with material take-offs, love getting the detail right, and are fluent in Bluebeam, this will be a great fit.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end estimating across a range of commercial roofing projects, including:

• Preparing accurate estimates, quotes and submissions
• Completing detailed material take-offs and clearly breaking down variations
• Liaising with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable lead times
• Using Bluebeam to review, mark up and interpret plans
• Supporting lead generation and following up opportunities with the sales team
• Mentoring junior estimators and helping refine internal systems and processes

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally in commercial roofing
• Confident user of Bluebeam
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to juggle multiple quotes and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Process-focused with an interest in improving how things are done and supporting others
