Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Assist the Masters team in producing and updating Master BOQs according to KPIs and regulatory requirements
  • Review, maintain, and refresh Master BOQs on a monthly basis
  • Manage regional Master BOQs and product databases
  • Produce Display Home BOQs, manage pricing, upgrades, and retail pricelists
  • Coordinate overrun orders and liaise with supervisors, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Support catalogue item updates, cost variance analysis, and pricing recommendations
  • Maintain estimating systems including ACC Takeoff templates, Databuild recipes, Framework VPB updates, and sales specifications
  • Conduct analysis to support procurement, cost control, and operational decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential construction estimating or systems management
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes, Building Code, and regulations
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and make evidence-based decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, OnSite Companion, Databuild, Buildsoft, Framework, Planswift, Enterprise Connect
  • Tertiary qualification in Building & Construction Management or Certificate IV
