Your role:

You will be covering all aspects of Estimation with BOQ's, Takeoffs, variations, Site inspections, hard tender, Scope of works amongst other duties under the bracket. 

Requirements to be considered

• minimum 2-3 years in an Estimation position within the Construction market 
• Experienced enough to be comfortable in liaising with Builders, developers, architects and consultants.
• Proven track record of winning projects up and over $15M
• Tertiary / Trade Qualified preferred but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Building codes & standards.
• Australian experience is essential
• High level of organisational and communication skills.
• Methodical and disciplined approach
