Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator

Job description

A well-established and expanding manufacturing business with multiple locations across South East Queensland is looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the General Manager.

This is a trusted right-hand role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced business environment. You’ll play a key role keeping the GM organised while supporting coordination across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing the General Manager’s diary, meetings, travel and priorities
• Preparing reports, presentations and key business documentation
• Supporting day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple branch locations
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to keep things running smoothly
• Assisting with general administration, scheduling and project coordination

About You
• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administrator
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Comfortable working across different teams and business functions
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required (travel between sites required)
