You’ll be the trusted advisor to your clients, working closely with them to provide tailored valve, pump, actuator, and instrumentation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

About the Role

You’ll be the trusted advisor to your clients, working closely with them to provide tailored valve, pump, actuator, and instrumentation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an existing portfolio of key accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities
- Conduct on-site visits to understand client operations and technical requirements
- Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on technical specifications and site conditions
- Respond to tenders, prepare detailed quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and procurement teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility
- Report on sales activity, pipeline, and market intelligence to support strategic growth
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, preferably in valves, pumps, mechanical equipment, or fluid handling systems
- Background in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial) or a trade-qualified technician with sales experience
- Knowledge of industrial process applications and the ability to read technical drawings/specs
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
