I’m currently seeking an experienced General Manager for an Aged Care Facility in the Penrith region, for a leading Aged Care provider – this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a highly rewarding challenge whilst maintaining their work life balance. 

All General Managers will have excellent support from Regional Managers, Clinical Care Managers, Strong Clinical Team and Business Administrators.

Role requirements;
  • Experience in a Senior Management role, with minimum 2 years’ experience in the Aged Care industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • High level leadership capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
