The Opportunity:
A major Facility Management organisation is seeking an experienced Electrician with Facilities / Maintenance background for a permanent position. Based in a premium building in the CBD, you'll be responsible for smooth and efficient delivery of building maintenance services for the tenancy and client relationship management. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day building operations management for office tenancy
  • Reporting, invoicing, work orders and minor projects
  • Manage maintenance vendors
  • Perform hands on electrical maintenance - reset circuit breakers, GPOs, replace light bulbs etc.
  • Manage power downs, power trips, access ceilings, etc.
  • Customer facing
  • Mon-Fri 40 hours pw onsite
Skills and Experience: 
  • Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician licence 
  • Experience in facilities management / building maintenance services
  • Familiar with infrastructure such as distribution boards, UPS, generators, computer room air conditioning (CRAC)
  • Clear police and background checks
