Strong stakeholder Manager with 5+ years’ experience managing multi-site facilities – industrial and offices.

This multinational organisation, operating Australia-wide is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead their client service delivery across a number of premises from a Kewdale base.
This is an operational role supporting stakeholders and managing subcontractors undertaking a mix of Minor Works Projects (to $150K), along with ongoing Planned Maintenance and Soft Service delivery.
The Facilities Manager will lead P&L and OHS / Risk mitigation strategies, oversee Facilities Coordinators, undertake weekly / monthly reporting and ensure KPI’s are met.
Base Criteria
You will need to be a strong stakeholder engagement manager with 5+ years’ experience as a Facilities Manager overseeing a large site (industrial & warehousing) and additional off-site offices.
Outline Duties
Operationally manage the Hard & Soft Facilities Services delivery within Contractual KPI’s, Budgets, Corporate OHS and to client expectations, while undertaking Client Stakeholder Engagement, staff and sub-contractor management and reporting to head-office.

- Experience issuing high-risk work permits.
- An excellent communicator, with strong English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions.
