Job description
Seeking a Technical Facilities Officer / Maintenance Coordinator / Facility Manager to be based in Melbourne CBD.
Responsible for the smooth delivery of building maintenance services and ensuring up-time for a data hall and corporate office for a Banking client.
Office based role, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week) in a permanent position. After hours/on call support also required.

Office based role, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week) in a permanent position. After hours/on call support also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the tenancy
- Engage vendors, manage contracts and performance
- Perform basic hands on maintenance eg. light replacement, reset breakers etc
- Conduct inspections
- Reporting, invoicing, work orders and manage minor projects
- Manage monthly power downs
- Customer facing, based on the client site as the only Technical person on site
- After hours/on call support also required
- Technical qualification preferred e.g. Engineering (Mech/Elec), Electrical trade, relevant Building degree etc.
- Prior FM experience required in a corporate office
- Must have experience in a data centre / critical environment
- Familiar with infrastructure maintenance - UPS, generators, CRAC units, electrical systems
- Comfortable with providing on-call support remotely or attending onsite
- Background checks - police check, references and integrity check
- Salary from $100,000 – 125,000 + Super
