Job description

Seeking an experienced Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator based in Sydney CBD to work in a permanent position. Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of building maintenance services in a corporate office space for a high profile client.

Working full-time hours, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day building operations management across a commercial office
  • Manage reporting, invoicing, work orders and minor projects
  • Manage maintenance vendor contract and performance
  • Perform hands on electrical maintenance like light replacement and reset breakers
  • Customer facing, being based on the client site
  • Conduct inspections
  • Mon-Fri 40 hours pw, 8.30am start (flexible depending on works taking place)
  • Be the main Technician on site
Skills and Experience Required: 
  • Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician contractors licence 
  • Experience in facilities management or building maintenance services
  • Familiar with infrastructure such as UPS, generators, power downs, computer room air conditioning (CRAC)
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on distribution boards during power trips, access ceilings, reset circuit breakers, GPOs, replace light bulbs etc.
  • Comfortable with background checks - police and credit checks
