Job description
Seeking an experienced Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator based in Sydney CBD to work in a permanent position. Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of building maintenance services in a corporate office space for a high profile client.
Working full-time hours, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week).

- Oversee day-to-day building operations management across a commercial office
- Manage reporting, invoicing, work orders and minor projects
- Manage maintenance vendor contract and performance
- Perform hands on electrical maintenance like light replacement and reset breakers
- Customer facing, being based on the client site
- Conduct inspections
- Mon-Fri 40 hours pw, 8.30am start (flexible depending on works taking place)
- Be the main Technician on site
- Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician contractors licence
- Experience in facilities management or building maintenance services
- Familiar with infrastructure such as UPS, generators, power downs, computer room air conditioning (CRAC)
- Must be able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on distribution boards during power trips, access ceilings, reset circuit breakers, GPOs, replace light bulbs etc.
- Comfortable with background checks - police and credit checks
- Succession planning with internal opportunities for growth and promotion
- Salary from $95,000 – 110,000 + Super + Bonus
