AustCorp are working with a major Facility Management service provider to support their client in Hong Kong. The working environment is a large, bright and busy office across two floors of an office building.
They are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee daily facility management operations across the site in Hong Kong and supervising hard and soft service teams’ service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is energetic and innovative who has ~5 years’ experience in similar roles such as property management, facility management, building services or project management.

Responsibilities:
Oversee management of contractors and in house staff to deliver FM services, such as:
- Repair and maintenance, planned preventative and reactive works
- Supervise cleaning teams and inspections
- Helpdesk, mailroom, reception
- Moves and Changes and space planning
- Project coordination – fit outs, renovations, manuals and process documents
- Oversee security services and access
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Facilities Management
- Experience in corporate client environment
- Strong English and Mandarin or Cantonese language skills required
- Great communication skills to liaise with client staff, in house staff, contractors, suppliers and authorities as well as international stakeholders
- A positive attitude!
