Job description
Role Overview:
You'll play a pivotal role in the overall day to day operations including delivery and monitoring of care and support in conjunction with a supportive local and corporate management team. In this role the manager is to ensure the facility fosters and maintains a culture of person-centered care, continuous improvement and meets the requirements of accreditation at all times in line with the Aged Care Code of Conduct.

Essential Requirements
- Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated management and leadership
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Screening Certificate
- A current Drivers License
- First aid and CPR certificate required within one month of commencement
- Up to date vaccination certificates (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
