Austcorp are currently seeking strong and experienced General Manager for a nationwide Aged Care provider located near the Bendigo Region, approximately 2.5 hours North of Melbourne.
To be successful you must be a motivated and hands on clinical expert, with excellent leadership and communication skills. We are seeking a determined professional who is looking to further their career and is keen to take on a challenge.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures delivery of quality clinical and person first care to all residents
- Oversee end to end coordination of ACFI assessments
- To mentor and lead a team
- Develop continuous improvement plans
- Care planning and evaluation
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Aged Care as a General Manager
- Expert clinician and care planning capabilities
- Strong understanding of end to end ACFI processes
- Current and valid AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in transformational change is desirable but not essential
