Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of our elderly community? An exciting opportunity awaits you at one of our prestigious Aged Care Facilities in regional, NSW. They are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to lead their team on a 12-month contract.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for staff, promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community to maintain a positive living environment.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in a leadership roles within an Aged Care  
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and regulations.
• Strong clinical understanding (ideally holding AHPRA registration) 
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
