Full time | $50.00 - $55.00 + Super + Vehicle + OT

We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join a well-established industrial equipment business.
This position plays a key role in ensuring a diverse fleet of heavy machinery and equipment is maintained to the highest standard, supporting reliability, uptime, and safety across operations.
Working within a supportive service team, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and carrying out preventative maintenance on a wide range of mechanical systems.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across a range of heavy equipment and hire machinery
- Conduct preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Support field operations and provide quality customer service
To be successful, you’ll bring a mix of hands-on mechanical expertise and a proactive, safety-first attitude.
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification (required)
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience with petrol and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical work
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and preventative maintenance skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
