About the role:
We're currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Service and Rental team in Kalgoorlie. In this role, you'll conduct routine services and repairs on our products, focusing on diesel pump sets. With a mechanical trade qualification, you excel at troubleshooting, prioritize safety, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site servicing and emergency repairs on pumping equipment at customer sites.
• Work independently at remote customer sites in the goldfields.
• Overhaul and assess customer pumps and products, providing repair cost estimates.
• Offer timely advice and support to staff and customers, both orally and in writing.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reports for all work undertaken.

Skills & Experience:

• Trade qualified or experienced in diesel or mechanical work, preferably with pumps.
• MR and forklift license highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel throughout the Goldfields region.
