About the Role
AWMA is seeking a proactive, hands-on Finance Manager who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys working closely with a dedicated team. The successful candidate will oversee financial processes, guide the finance team, and contribute directly to AWMA’s operational success.

About the Role

AWMA is seeking a Finance Manager with experience in a fast-paced design and manufacturing environment to lead financial operations and support strategic growth. This hands-on role will involve joining the management team to help shape the business direction and provide fiscally responsible inputs for key decisions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll oversee financial processes, manage a high-performing finance team, and contribute insights that will guide AWMA’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance team to deliver robust financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Provide strategic input to guide business direction, ensuring fiscally sound decisions across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage audits, and maintain effective internal controls.
• Streamline and improve financial processes, using ERP (Epicor) for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments, linking finance with operations to support high-performance outcomes.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or CPA qualification ideal but not essential.
• 7-10 years of financial management experience, with 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing or project-based environment.
• Strong ERP system management skills, ideally with Epicor.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on, collaborative approach to guiding and developing a high-performing team.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial insights across all levels.
