The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fire protection projects across Melbourne. You’ll take ownership of projects from early planning through to handover, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients.

The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fire protection projects across Melbourne. You’ll take ownership of projects from early planning through to handover, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing fire protection projects across passive, wet and dry fire scopes
- Overseeing programs, budgets, variations and subcontractor performance
- Ensuring all works meet Australian Standards, NCC and contractual requirements
- Coordinating site teams, engineers, inspectors and compliance documentation
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients
- Driving safety, quality and commercial outcomes across multiple projects
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Proven experience as a Fire Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Strong background in fire protection projects (passive, wet, dry or mixed scope)
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and fire compliance
- Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and variations
- Confident leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Clear communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach
