Fire Safety Assessor – Sydney / NSW

Join a well-respected national building services provider delivering fire protection, HVAC and building performance solutions across thousands of commercial sites.

This role sits within their growing fire compliance division, supporting clients with inspections, AFSS reporting and certification across NSW.

You’ll play a key role ensuring buildings remain compliant with Australian Standards and fire safety legislation, working closely with building owners, facility managers and internal technical teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Conduct annual and periodic inspections of fire safety measures
• Prepare AFSS documentation and compliance reports
• Review and certify systems in line with Australian Standards and NCC
• Identify defects and recommend rectification works
• Liaise with building owners, facility managers and stakeholders
• Support compliance initiatives across the fire division

What We’re Looking For
• FPA Accredited Fire Practitioner – All Fire Safety Measures
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards and fire compliance
• Experience conducting inspections, audits and AFSS reporting
• Ability to interpret technical standards and identify defects
• White Card
• Full driver’s licence
