Job description

Ideally you will hold the following qualifications:
  • Cert III Engineering – Electrical/Electronic Trade
  • Cert II in Fire Inspection and Testing
  • WA “A” Class Electrical Workers Licence
  • Low Voltage Panel Rescue (current)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
  • Working at Heights (current)
  • High Risk Work License (EWP)
  • Construction Induction White Card
  • WA Full Driver’s Licence
  • Open Cabling Registration (endorsements preferred)
Your duties will include undertaking Routine inspections of electrical equipment on machinery and fixed plant and carry out preventive measures and condition reporting; completing maintenance tasks and undertaking standby duties.

Key duties cover Fault-finding, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Emergency Lighting, Fire Panels; Smoke Alarms / Sensors; Electrical Panels; Electrical Switchgear; Generators, DBs, Motors, UPS, and BMS along with the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment and machinery, and test & tag.

Prior experience in working on a MEX CMMS, completing Facilities Maintenance Work Orders is preferred.
