About You
Reporting directly to the store manager, you will be responsible for:
- Customer satisfaction: working closely with the team to ensure first-class patient service in person and any online communications.
- Assist with product recommendations: Help customers who are looking for help to manage their injury/pain or improve their sports performance with our product range.
- Customer Driven: Self motivated and a drive for excellent customer service and care in a fast growing company.
- Identify areas to improve overall customer experience and consistent drive to improve with flexibility to create change
- Communication skills; with the ability to provide clear and concise information both in person and online
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask
- You have a consistent high attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills.
- Comfortable with assisting customers and different personality types
- Personal & empathetic approach to all our customers with high attention to detail
- Interest in a long term position and career progression with flexibility in future career paths.
- Ideal if you have a background or interest in health sciences, healthy and active living and helping people live a more active life.
