Residential Manager – Aged Care

An established aged care provider is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead operations at a 90-bed facility in regional VIC.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Lead and support clinical and care teams to maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing in line with organisational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality, and safety across all service areas.
• Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders to promote a positive care environment.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven leadership experience in residential aged care management.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance, funding, and accreditation processes.
• Full Australian working rights - No sponsorship available
