I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking a General Manager to run a 90 bed facility. 

Position: General Manager 

Location: Macedon Region - around 1.5 hours north of Melbourne

Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support

Remuneration: $150,000 - $190,000+ Super + other benefits

About the Role The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.

They will possess
  • Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles - track record of Aged Care leadership 
  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
