Are you an experienced healthcare professional ready to take on a rewarding leadership role? I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experience RAC Manager to run a 100 bed facility. 

Position: Residence Manager 

Location: Northern Rivers, NSW

Remuneration: $neg on experience + Super & Bonus Scheme 

About the Role

The facilities General Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
  • oversight of both the clinical and hospitality teams 
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
