We are looking for Care / Quality Managers to join medium-large sized Aged Care Facilities on a permanent basis in Northern Rivers Region, NSW - Ballina & Cabarita Beach. 

The role offers excellent support from Regional Managers, General Manager, other Clinical Care Manager, regional ACFI, BA's and rostering, as well as strong clinical team. Monday - Friday hours, allowing for excellent work / life balance.   

Responsibilities of role: 

• Clinical governance and education
• Resident care, compliance and documentation

Role Requirements

• Valid Australian working rights
• Previous experience in a Quality / Care Management position within Aged Care / Health Care 
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Police Check 
• Fully Vaccinated
