I have an excellent opportunity for a General Manager from a Clinical or Non Clinical background to head a large Aged Care facility located in regional NSW - 3.5 hours outside of Port Macquarie.

The facility offers a highly rewarding challenge, with fantastic internal structure of 2 x Clinical Care Managers, regional ACFI coordinator, regional educator, BA for rostering and excellent clinical staff on the floor. The role allows to maintain work-life balance with Monday - Friday hours. 
  
Role Requirements

• Experience as a senior manager, with at least 3 years experience within Aged Care
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
• High level leadership capabilities
