The Role:

• Lead technical services and engineering FM
• Build and drive Hard FM strategy
• People management of 5-10 Contract Managers
• Finance management and P+L
• Client relationship management
• Help to grow, retain and renew contracts
• Develop solutions for clients
• Operational excellence

Criteria:

• Technical Qualification e.g. Engineering degree or similar
• 5+ years experience in FM or building services
• Business level Japanese and English skills (open to non-fluent speakers)
• Strong client engagement skills
• Leadership experience e.g. mentoring, training, support
• Must have full permanent work rights
