The Role

We are partnering with a large Facilities provider looking for a General Manager to lead a team undertaking Facilities Management in corporate clients to ensure delivery of efficient and effective performance across sites.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure P&L objectives are met and or exceeded.
• Managing and ensuring that contractual delivery expectations are met by clear guidance to managers and frontline staff.
• Lead contract delivery and contract variations
• Ensure SLA’s and KPIs and met.
• Mentor and develop Contract Managers.
• Be the primary focus for client and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in Facilities Management and 5+ years leading contract delivery.
• A technical or business qualification is preferred.
• Facilities leadership gained in a commercial environment.
• You are a proven dynamic and innovative leader.
