Austcorp Executive is partnering with an ASX listed Mining & Technology company, this company specialises in manufacturing solutions for mobile equipment and autonomous vehicles - for both the underground and surface mining environments.

As a result of continued growth, we are actively recruiting of Head Of Account Management.

Overview of the position deliverables:
  • This position is intrinsic to driving deep, high-value relationships with our blue-chip clients, managing our global distribution network, and expanding our aftermarket revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to provide critical product/sales forecasting information, market and competitor information as well as provide key support for budget and strategy development.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with mining clients, vendors, channel partners and OEM's.
  • Lead, develop and support a small team of account management of professionals to maintain and scale their individual portfolios.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • A proven track record in Sales Leadership working with tier one mining accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic commercial  plans.
  • Experience in managing distributors and navigating sales in international markets.
