AustCorp is proud to be partnering with a market-leading organisation to appoint a Head of Direct-to-Consumer Sales across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a multi-channel strategy spanning physical retail, e-commerce, and virtual sales while leading a passionate, high-performing team across the region.

What’s the Opportunity?
You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy across all consumer touchpoints. From flagship stores to digital platforms and customer care, your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, brand experience, and long-term customer loyalty.

You’ll report into senior regional leadership and work closely with key stakeholders across marketing, finance, product, supply chain, and tech to align sales execution with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow high-performing sales, e-commerce, and customer service teams across ANZ.
  • Design and implement a robust growth strategy, focused on revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Champion a seamless omnichannel customer experience—connecting physical and digital environments.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and contribute strategic insight to broader commercial planning.
  • Use customer data and insights to inform decisions and continuously optimise the buyer journey.
  • Drive digital transformation and e-commerce best practices across the DTC business.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Define KPIs around customer acquisition, conversion, and retention and deliver results.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success leading multi-channel, consumer-facing sales teams preferably across ANZ.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial and operational acumen.
  • Experience across e-commerce, virtual selling, and brick-and-mortar retail.
  • A deep understanding of omnichannel strategy, digital platforms, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills you know how to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualifications.
  • Experience overseeing national or multi-country portfolios.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or a related consumer industry.
