This Head of Projects role is a great opportunity to join a well-known MNC service provider and construction principle 建設会社.

The Head of Projects Role:

• Focus on industrial and manufacturing clients and factory sites
• Provide leadership to Project Managers who deliver construction projects to local and international clients across Japan
• Based in the Japan Head Office in central Tokyo
• Occasional travel to Osaka and other locations

Key Outcomes:

• Manage P+L, planning, performance and governance for the division
• Deliver industrial construction projects - Design-build, building services, fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, MAC, A&A etc.
• Manage a team of Project Managers
• Motivate, train and develop the team
• Grow the division with existing clients

Key Criteria:

• Qualified in Construction, MEP, Engineering, Project Management, or similar
• Building projects experience in industrial, factories and manufacturing environments
• Leadership skills to manage and drive a team
• Experience in P+L management
• Strategic thinking skills
• Native Japanese language skills & business English
