With operations expanding rapidly (the company has tripled its footprint in under two years), we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Sales BDM who’s hungry to win business — and ready to step into a Head of Sales and Business Development role.

What You’ll Do
  • Hunt and win major AV and integrated technology projects across the ACT and beyond.
  • Build and convert a healthy pipeline, from opening C-suite conversations to closing multi-site solutions.
  • Mentor junior account managers and help shape a high-performing sales culture.
  • Collaborate with technical, project, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
  • Lead with commercial discipline,  targeting healthy GP margins and sustainable long-term growth.
What You Bring
  • Proven success in B2B technology or AV integration sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Ability to engage at executive level and drive complex deal cycles.
  • Self-starter attitude,  you set the pace and thrive on results, not micromanagement.
  • A natural leader with the ambition and capability to grow into a Head of Sales role.
  • 5 plus years in a BDM role within Technology solutions
