What You’ll Do
- Hunt and win major AV and integrated technology projects across the ACT and beyond.
- Build and convert a healthy pipeline, from opening C-suite conversations to closing multi-site solutions.
- Mentor junior account managers and help shape a high-performing sales culture.
- Collaborate with technical, project, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
- Lead with commercial discipline, targeting healthy GP margins and sustainable long-term growth.
- Proven success in B2B technology or AV integration sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
- Ability to engage at executive level and drive complex deal cycles.
- Self-starter attitude, you set the pace and thrive on results, not micromanagement.
- A natural leader with the ambition and capability to grow into a Head of Sales role.
- 5 plus years in a BDM role within Technology solutions
